Tuna lentil bowl

- 95g can chilli tuna
- ½ cup cooked lentils (canned are fine)
- 1 cup spinach leaves, chopped
- ½ cup shredded cabbage
- ½ cup chopped tomatoes
- ¼ cup chopped fresh mozzarella or other fresh cheese (cottage cheese, ricotta)
- 1 tablespoon pickled veges, eg, gherkin
1 In a bowl, combine all ingredients to suit your taste.
