- 200g gluten-free flour (we used Free From Gluten by Countdown)
- 100g reduced-fat spread
- 4 tablespoons cold water

1 In a large bowl, combine flour and spread until mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
2 Add cold water to combine into a smooth dough.
3 Cover in plastic wrap and place in fridge to rest for 30 minutes.
4 Roll out and use as required.
