Red velvet smoothie bowl

- 1 raw beetrootbeetsX, peeled, chopped
- 1 small or ½ large ripe banana
- 2 tablespoons ripe avocado
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup skim milk
- fresh mint leaves, to serve (optional)
1 Place all ingredients in a blender and pulse to mix. Serve with a sprig of mint.
Garnish with frozen berries, grated beetroot, a sprinkling of cocoa powder and a sprig of mint.
