
Plum crumble
Healthy and low calorie, this is a lovely twist on a classic crumble - super easy to make, the whole family will love this dessert!

Ingredients

- 1 can black doris plums
- ½ cup rolled oatsoatmeal uncookedX
- 1 tablespoon brown sugarlight brown cane sugarX
- 1 tablespoon reduced-fat olive spread, melted
- 1 tablespoon ground almonds
Instructions
1 Drain juice from plums. Halve and remove stones. Lay in the bottom of an ovenproof dish.
2 Mix oats, sugar, spread and almonds together. Place oat mixture on top of plums.
3 Bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes until topping is browned.
