Pineapple mint smoothie
- 1 medium banana, chopped
- ½ ripe avocado, coarsely chopped
- ½ cup coarsely chopped ripe pineapple
- 1 cup chilled coconut water
- ¼ cup fresh mint
1 In a blender or food processor, blitz all ingredients, until smooth.
2 Pour into 2 glasses and serve immediately.
