- ²/³ cup frozen raspberries
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- ½ cup baby spinach
- 1 tablespoon cashew butter
- 1 tablespoon LSA mix (ground linseed, sunflower seeds and almonds)
- ¾ cup reduced-fat strawberry yoghurt
1 In a blender or food processor, blitz all ingredients plus ¼ cup water, until smooth.
2 Pour into 2 serving glasses and serve immediately.
