
Low-fat yoghurt ice cream sundaes

Ingredients

- 3 tablespoons instant chocolate sauce (we used Smuckers 97% fat-free chocolate syrup)
- ¾ cup light evaporated milk
- 1 ½ cups berries, fresh or frozen (thawed)
- 8 scoops low-fat frozen yoghurt (we used wild strawberry flavour)
Instructions
1 Mix chocolate sauce with evaporated milk until well blended. Place a handful of berries in serving glasses. Add 1 scoop frozen yoghurt.
2 Drizzle chocolate sauce over.
3 Repeat layers and serve immediately.
