Original ingredients

Shortcrust pastry (180g butter, 240g flour, 1/4 cup water, salt)
4 rashers streaky bacon
2 cups spinach leaves
4 egg yolks2 eggs
1 1/2 cups cream
3/4 cup grated cheese
nutmeg
salt and pepper

What we did to make it healthier

  • Replaced the butter with reduced-fat spread.
  • Replaced the cream with evaporated milk.
  • Added more veges.
