Chicken sizzler with hummus and vege wrapsReviewed by our expert panel

- 1 portion Spicy chicken tenders mix (see tip)
- 1 portion Basic roasted vege mix (see tip)
- 1-2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
- 4 wheatmeal wraps
- 4 cups rocketarugulaX leaves
- 1 cup chickpeagarbanzoXsgarbanzosX, rinsed and drained
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- juice of lemon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon chilli powder
1 Place all hummus ingredients in a blender or mix with a stick blender until smooth, adding a little water for a thinner consistency.
2 Heat a non-stick pan and add the chicken, vege mix and seasoning and toss to mix. Cook until hot and golden.
3 Warm tortillas and fill with chicken and veges. Roll up and serve with hummus and fresh coriander.
